It was recently tested by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for UV stability, water exposure and immersion. Following rigid UL 746C test protocol, UL granted Formex™ GK black electrical insulation material its f1 rating as a certified product for use in outdoor environments. This electrical insulation material is ideal for protecting the delicate components within LED lighting, IP security cameras, access control systems and digital signs-just to name a few.
